At 06:49p -0500 10/09/2003, John Blumer didst inscribe upon an electronic papyrus:

Hello everyone,
I have just joined, don't know nothin'.

Welcome. :)

I have a app. called Vector File Converter that converts .WMF files to .tiff. I need to convert hundreds and I'm doing the "select a whole bunch at once" thing, but I still have to go thru them individually like /open/thereis usually a warning here also about maybe it won't conver/convert/save and replace. (or just save) Can someone get me started. TIA

Well I think the first thing is to see if the app is scriptable. You can do that by dragging the app icon onto the Script Editor icon, and looking through the resulting dictionary window for anything that looks like a convert command.

If so, it'll be easy. If not, then you'd have to see if there's any way of suppressing the warning dialog (since that's a big brick wall).
