On top of some of the numbers already posted, there are some important
factors, that I have not seen mentioned; security and "contamination" .
Security is security, however, so the argument does not sound like a
"Mac X PC" argument, you can use the following article:

Although the document mentions contamination, it is always good to
point out the down time from a virus infection, worm or what have you.
And the money for the anti-virus software. I remember reading somewhere
that the most popular software packages for windows were related to
security and virus contamination.
