Hey all,

I work for the advertising dept at a large retail company. I support a user
base of about 300 Mac workstations and servers. Our Mac Support team was
recently absorbed/assimilated by the IS dept. The IS dept is requiring us to
make a case to keep the Macs. I was wondering if any of you have had to do
this in the past and if so do you have any good sources/case studies which I
can refer to in my report? I need things like ROI comparison as well as any
productivity/ease of use studies etc. Any help would be invaluable.

Thanks,
Graham
