IMO, application-specific scripts *should* be in a separate scripts
menu next to the rest of the application's menus, not cluttering up the
system scripts menu. The system scripts menu should be for
non-app-specific scripts, just like the rest of the menus in that area
of the menubar. (Well, except for the iChat and iSync menus, which are
really just handy places to have those feature, although I'd much
rather see the iChat menu as a contextual menu in iChat's icon in the
Dock.) All those submenus in the system scripts menu make it hard to
find the item you're looking for because your eyes have to parse that
much more information. Luckily, you can turn off the Library portion in
10.3. I've already submitted a suggestion to Apple that they reorganize
how scripts are stored for applications and the system scripts menu.
Right now it's a mess.
