The next meeting of the Philadelphia Area AppleScript Users Group
(PAASUG) will be held on Monday, September 15th, from 6:30 - 8:30 PM,
at Springboard Media <
http://www.springboardmedia.com> in Philadelphia.
This month's meeting will feature Scott Nichol of mac:method

http://www.macmethod.com/> as our speaker. Scott's presentation will
detail the elements necessary to develop an application that behaves as
a good Mac OS X citizen, including:
* Aqua GUI Elements - Learn how to control the operation of your
application using AppleScript and Interface Builder
* User Preferences - Save user selected application preferences using a
simple set of AppleScript constructs
* License Keys - Authenticate license keys and activate features after
a user purchases keys from a secure source
The agenda for our next meeting will be as follows:
6:30 - 7:00 - Introductions / Q&A
7:00 - 7:15 - Group Business and News
7:15 - 8:15 - Main Presentation
8:15 - 8:30 - Raffle / Meeting Closing
Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting. Please try to let me know if
you plan to attend, so that I can give Springboard Media a
semi-accurate attendance estimate.
