will do what you're asking. (Yeah, the page is in Japanese. I can't read it
either; just go ahead and download it.)
But that one doesn't actually act on the *context* as a contextual menu
should. A better choice is Big Cat: <
http://www.ranchero.com/bigcat/>. This
one actually lets you write (AS or shell) scripts specifically to act on the
text or file selection.
