Well if there is not an application with the dictionary available on your system, you're going to have to type raw codes in any case. The name of the application is immaterial so long as it gives you access to the dictionary. After that it has no function. I did say it isn't obvious and I think you'll find it _is_ a generic solution. Test it and tell us if it isn't
