The Required Suite has been deprecated - as a suite - for about 8 years. The
four required commands - open, run, print, quit - were moved to the Standard
Suite (which was once called the Core Suite) - at the same time. A lot of
apps have those empty Required Suites - I think it may be created by a
developer's app which implements simple AppleScript dictionaries for apps.
