Reading a Quark File

Hi,

Just curious if it's possible to get the contents of a text
box in QuarkXPress 4.11 by just reading the file? I know
the data is stored in there, I just don't know how to locate
it. For example, if I have a text box that contains 'This
is box 1' and then I drag the Quark file on top of BBEdit (I
can see all the code or whatever it is that makes up the
Quark File) then there's a section that looks something like
this:

This is box 1<sum>??7
