Are these scripts running as applets? If they are applets, then you can directly call handlers/subroutines or access properties in them. If it is a compiled script document, then you would have to load the script into a variable.

Can you provide more details about what kind of script is script A, what kind of script is script B, and how you need them to communicate with each other?
