Well, condoms are intended to prevent pregnancy (among other things), but seat belts...

IUDs encourage wreckless driving. We crashed and burned, and number 4 is gonna pop out any hour now.

Now I ask you, where does a vasectomy fit in this mangled comparison? Will the car then be crashproofed?
