"then" gets added automatically if you leave it out. So maybe you
should just stop typing it everywhere...
Oddly enough I had never noticed this for some reason. I thought I
remembered getting an error if I left out the "then" part when
programming in AppleScript but I just tried it and you are totally
correct that it gets filled in. Very intresting, thanks!
