Can someone please tell me how to quit filemaker pro (version 3,
running on OS9.2.2) so that connected users are forced (or at least
asked) to close open databases?
If I just do
tell application "Filemaker Pro" to quit
And someone is connected to a database, then FMP stops with a dialog,
waiting for (n) guests to close "filename". Click ask to ask
all guest(s) to close this file
The script runs forever, waiting for someone to either click cancel or ask.
I guess I could workaround this with a typing/clicking OSAX, but if
there is a built-in way to do it in FMP, I'd of course rather do that.
