Run-only means you can't read the text source. In fact there IS no text
source. That's precisely what "run-only" means - run only, can't write,
can't edit, can't read, The script author specifically distributed run-only
version so that you can't read the text source - it's proprietary. The
answer is No.
Just possibly, if the script author was you and you didn't know what you
were doing when you chose "Run Only", you've lost it. Now you'll know not to
do that again. You should always Save Copy As... if you want to save a
run-only version (or in Script Debugger "Export --> Run Only").
