I believe I have tracked the problem to the 38th character in the
SZListe or the last character on the line that begins with "B?". I
tried an old AppleSoft trick to keep Crtl-D's from causing problems
with listings, surround the statement with the character with
parentheses. When I placed the mark in front of the "C, nothing
happened, but when I repeated the process behind the ", the file below
the now ("C disappeared.
Still looking for ideas
