Under Mac OS X 10.3.3, whenever a FolderAction gets triggered, whatever
happens to be my front window (any app) loses focus for a second - no fun
when you're typing in it. Seems to be caused by FolderAction trigger itself,
not by the script, as it even happens with an empty action:

on adding folder items to this_folder after receiving added_items
-- do nothing
end adding folder items to

Does anyone else see this?

Yes. You'll notice that if the Finder is front most, that the open window will blink at the completion of the FolderAction.
Just a friendly (or not so) reminder that it's finished the job.
