Posting to a USENET Newsgroup in an Applescript?

  • Subject: Posting to a USENET Newsgroup in an Applescript?

Could someone please give me some advice on posting to an USENET newsgroup? I know that the news reader THOTH has some applescripting capability but it has been discountinued.

Are there any other MAc OS X news reader with scripting?? Any that are recordable under Panther?

Any sample script using THOTH to connect to a news server, open a news group, and post a message with an attachment to it?

I believe that OSIRIS scripts THOTH as it requires THOTH to be running to run.

Thanks
