It could have been, but the actual reason is that you sent your mail at 2:30 am French time, and our support is based in Paris, France.

First thing: that's not too important. Smile will work normally all the same - except for the SmileLab features.

This is because you have installed only a fraction of SmileLab. Installing SmileLab.osax, which defines fft2d, should fix the problem.
