Urgent Help Quark Users

Hello,

Wednesday I have a 124 page catalog in Quark 6 going to press.
I‘m using the book feature in Quark and have 25 chapters.

I spoke with the printer this morning and they prefer 1 or two files max.

How can  I combine them into one document?

I have a frame work AppleScript that opens each file and turns it in to eps’s then PDFs and then a fully assembled PDF.
 
Can I create a new Quark document and copy each page over? Does anyone have a sample code on this?

And the book features doesn’t even have an easy way to collect for output. Only open each file and collect.
