That's because you are telling the wrong people. That site doesn't belong to Apple. It's located out near Tracy CA and it's registered thru mydyndns.org. Doing a whois on the net returns no info. I doubt that Apple Authorized it.
I happen to agree with you on this and believe it needs to be closed down. Perhaps the Apple folks that inhabit this list will take note.
