run-time error -- location?

Hi all:

My memory says that in the past when you hit a run-time error that threw up one of those "Cant do this or that! [edit] [cancel]" errors, if you clicked Edit it would drop you into Script Editor with the offending code fragment highlighted, making it a simple matter of scrolling through the script to find the problem.

This doesn't seem to work any more (OS 10.3.x, SE 2.0, AS 1.9.3) ?? or do I need to do something to enable it?
