What he didn't almost say is that the ISO definition has the week
starting on Monday.
I did some work for a company in Asia that produces calendars and
planners, and they found it most curious that week-to-view planners for
the US market had to have the months made up with weeks starting on a
Sunday but the actual weeks in view started on a Monday.
