That's because this list has the longest lag I've ever seen, so
people don't see a reply to your post before 30 or 45 minutes.
For the same reason you didn't see Walter's post, though he wrote 23

Oh, I suppose that's the time it takes to make sure all characters
will be treated properly.
Do you refer to characters such as yourself, Emmanuel, or those that
take _forever_ to treat, such as the continuation character and
guillemets? ;-)
