Does the following snippet work in Jaguar?
It works fine in Panther... and someone is getting error "(-48)
duplicate filename" in Jaguar.
I'm running Panther, so I can't really check it.

Coercions between numbers and booleans are not implemented in Jaguar. So, for the sake of Jaguar (and earlier) users, you do need to use "with write permission" instead of "write permission 1"
