Extracting data from HTML

  • Subject: Extracting data from HTML

Quite sometime ago I scripted IE to load a page ever so often, pull some information from the page, and write out a summary of that information. I am able to have URL Access Scripting download the page to a file, but extracting data from it would be an additional step.

Is it possible to have have Applescript get the content of a Safari window? If there is I haven't figured it out.
