Well, right. I've been recently looking at IE's dictionary which also
has OpenURL.
Does Safari support GURL? (I'd check, but I'm shutting down apps in
preparation for a reboot.)
Yes. All 5 of the browsers I have installed do, even Camino, which
isn't the slightest bit scriptable. I get the impression that browsers
have to respond to GetURL the same way all apps have to respond to the
quit event.

Hmmm. I found my first girlfriend with a Google search, but when I
e-mailed her, she just thought it was creepy. On the plus side, Google
found me my best friends from my teens and pre-teens, and now I see
them all the time. Win some, lose some.
