OK, I think I found it.
I had blacklisted any sender @shaw.ca because I had gotten a lot of
spam from that domain. I've now unblacklisted it.
Interestingly, Dave Balderstone sent me an email response to this,
but my spam filter deleted that because it looked like Nigerian spam.
(Maybe it had words like "kill", "move", and "account" -- one of my
Nige. filter rules would match that...)
