How to rename a project builder project?

I must be missing the obvious, but how do I rename a project in Project
Builder?
Renaming the build is fine, but the name of the applications default
preferences still save with the original applications name.
I'd like to rename the entire project, and make sure that all connections
and derived files follow the change.
The question is, how?
