Why is Classic launching with this script?

I am writing a script on Panther the calls "Keychain Scripting". When I run it, for some reason, classic wants to launch. Can anybody offer me a solution or reason why this is happening?

-- Script
tell application "Keychain Scripting"
set myKeychain to current keychain
end tell
