Oops, wrong again. This one's straight out of script editor:

do shell script "sed 's/<key>\\([^<]*\\)<\\/key><[^>]*>\\([^<]*\\)<\\/[^>]*>/<td class=\"\\1\">\\2<\\/td>/' " & inPOSIX & " > " & outPOSIX
