The Network browser is broke. It's unreliable, I've had regular cases where
I'm working on a file, and it's not the network version, but a locally
cached version. (yes, I have bugs galore on this.)
While I understand what apple was trying to do, the implementation, point -
blank, is currently in what is technically known as "crap".
Until this is fixed, <putting on network administrator hat>
I would *only* use "Connect to Server"
