FileMaker Pro Question?

I am running a solution on Panther which includes AS heavy interaction with
FMP as well as web serving the databases. Ever since I moved the solution to
OS X I encountered that FMP at some point during the day will decide to hog
all the cpu and stop responding.
I presume there is a lot of solutions similar to mine out there, so I hope
there could be a solution to my solution.
