Has someone found a way to subscribe to a web-calendar from iCal without requesting the user to say wether or not he wants to subscribe to a calendar ?

Well, I had a quick look at iCal's dictionary, and the only way I could find to subscribe is:

tell application "iCal" to GetUrl "webcal://www.atilla.org/..."

Is it really the only way?
If yes, I fear you would have to resort to GUI scripting so as to automate a click on the "Susbcribe" button.
