Hi everyone,
I'm trying to script iCal (still!), which as those of you who have tried
know, can only be done with limited success. To increase the reach of
AppleScript with iCal, I'm experimenting with UI scripting, using the very
helpful IU Browser 2.1. However, it seems to me that UI scripting is also
limited with iCal.
After creating an event with normal AS, I can activate the iCal window using
UI (which in Panther at least, does not open when you try to activate). I
would like to set certain parameters (?) to an event from those not
supported in AS, for example, selecting the all-day button in the drawer, or
writing a note to the event. I can't do that.
Has someone succeeded in scripting iCal with UI to accomplish those things?
Thanks a lot.
Max
