just that writing html and doing ftp requires little resource - a
7100 or my grandma's PC will do the job - while running a CGI form
requires more, doesn't it?
Well, most Web servers do do more. Are we talking about serving or writing? :)
Besides, MacHTTP can run CGIs (getting back on topic?), and that can
run on pre-7100 machines.
