Whoops! I'd like to head off any effort by anyone regarding my previous
post.
In the meantime I have come across the Prefab UI Browser demo download and
that worked perfectly. I still don't understand what I had done wrong since
one of my attempts seems to match perfectly with what UI Browser generated
but anyhow I'm happy now.
