I believe this is correct.

If you resort to GUI Scripting, Safari is by far the best browser to use
because its "AXWebArea" UI element (the content area of the Web page) is
almost completely "accessible" thanks to WebKit. I haven't tried OmniWeb to
see whether it gets the same benefit from using Apple's code.
