This is preventing me to send emails. Any ideas?
Preferences/Notifications/Warnings. Uncheck "Warn before allowing an
external application to send mail". While you're there you might also want
to uncheck "Warn before allowing an external application to access the
address book". So far there hasn't been any sort of Mac worm or virus that's
ever been able to do either of these things without your direct control
(running a program or script by double-clicking an application).
Another thing for you to consider - depending on what you're up to here, of
course - is running a compiled script from the Entourage script menu. This
not only avoids the "external application" thing but is faster. Of course
you're quite likely to be calling several applications here but even so it
sometimes pays to run scripts from the menu, where they can also be called
by a keyboard shortcut and/or on an automatic schedule.
There's also an Entourage mailing list and a newsgroup: you might want to
join one or the other.
