Hi,

Is there some script to set a computer name.
We have some images that we use to restore a mac. The problem after restoring is that every computer has the same computer name.

Is it possible to change this.

What I'm thinking about is : After a restart the computer looks in a list (somewhere on the network) and gets a name from the list. Based on it's serial number or MAC address.

mac-address computername
xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx room-01-ICT

kind regards
