True, but if it did that I'd expect even the US versions to establish an
"en_US" locale. And I don't think they'd do this anyway - you can't always
assume language form geographic location, even with Panther's "pick a city"
format (that some people must ignore anyway - they don't get it quite right
for me). For example - Montreal, or Brussels.

It looks that way. They do have regional and national sales centres and
distribution points, for sure.
