There is a dictionary for it. Just run Script Editor, then go to the File menu and choose "Open Dictionary..." In the dialog box that pops up scroll down to the item "Standard Additions", select it and press the "Open" button at the bottom.

Perhaps I am just missing something, but I have been unable to locate any documentation for the "Standard Additions". Mac OS Help refers to the applescript website, which has a link for developers, when searched, refers to Mac OS Help....

Can anyone point me to the documentation for this?
