Making a new mail message

How would you write a script to make a new message. Also is there a
way you can set the e-mail address to a pre-set thing and make part of
the message pre set? Then have windows asking for subject and main
message? I would like to have pre set messages set so all I have to do
is put in subject and message. Thanks in advanced!!!
