iSub Toggle

Hi,

I'm pretty new at apple-scripting. You could call it brand new. Just started today.
I seem to have a problem allready. I'd like to create a script that toggles the 'mute' for an iSub. And I can't get any examples of how to script the Sytem Preferences. Could someone give me a hint on this one?
