Where is "path to current user folder" and the like documented?

I recall it was in the Release Notes for one of the recent AS releases
(1.9.2? 1.9.3?). Amazingly, it doesn't seem to have made it into the
Standard Additions dictionary, even for script editors (Smile, Script
Debugger) which show the whole list for 'path to'. Equally amazingly, the
modern, up-to-date Script Editor 2.0 still doesn't show even that whole
list...

Here's what is available for use with "path to" according to the Standard Additions dictionary on my system (10.2.8) when viewed in Script Debugger. As Paul mentioned, Script Editor 2 (beta) displays an incomplete list.

path to: Returns full path name to the folder or application specified
