OK, I know that path to "docs" will return the path to the user's documents folder. What other similar shortcuts are there--or if they are documented somewhere, what is the URL for that documentation?
Smile, in its Scripts > More menu bar > Scripting menu, proposes "All path to", a dialog box which provides, for each "path to":
- the description (from "ALM Locations" to "Where to empty trash")
- the 4-characters code
- the full path, as posix or as AppleScript, and you choose to view either the "path to, period" or the "path to from user domain", etc
- buttons to copy the piece of script or the path into the clipboard.
For instance, suppose you're hungry, you would choose "Chewable items", this will say "flnt", which really means: /private/tmp/501/Cleanup At Startup
Or, you wonder what "cusr" means, you enter "cusr", the dialog says "Current User".
Or, you wonder if there is a path to "bush", you enter "bush", this prints in red: path to "bush" does not exist.
OMM "All path to" shows 138 codes, but since it dynamically shows what "Folder.h" contains, this count may be different on a different machine.
