I haven't found Rich to be arrogant at all.
I'd go as far to say that Rich, Jim, Patrick, Steve and everybody at
Bare Bones are amongst the most helpful, proficient and agreeable
people in the business.
The only one I've had any contact with is Rich; that's why I didn't
mention anyone else.
