SaveForWeb Photoshop

Good Morning to all

I have a user who wants a script to make small jpeg images for the web out of high rez tiff images.

I have done so, using save as jpg and quality 5.

The images are larger than when she creates them manually and chooses "Save for Web" and "jpeg high".

I can not find any reference to "Save for Web" in the Save As section of the dictionary for PS7.

Can anyone shed any light on my darkness here?

Also what about settings for "Web Safe Colors" ?
