The Address Book AppleScript term for the company field is 'organization'.
'company' (in Panther only, not Jaguar) is a boolean indicating that the
"Company" checkbox has been checked and that the name of the contact will
appear as the company (i.e. organization) in the alphabetical "All" listing
and in large letters on the card.
What you're looking for is the 'organization' property.
