Downside to save as applet?

  • Subject: Downside to save as applet?
  • From: Joseph Weaks <email@hidden>

I have a script library with several handlers. Due to an environment that can not "run script" or "Load script", I want to save my script library as an application, so that I can "tell app "Finder" to open myScriptLiibrary".
Is there any downside to saving my library as an applet that I'm not thinking of? Other environments can still "run script" and "load script".

Thanks,
Joe Weaks
