I don't know which one is better but I do know that RsyncX is a
graphical installer for rsync_hfs, a hfs version of rsync which is
maintained by the folks at opendarwin.org. Opendarwin.org has a lot of
Apple employees and former employees working on open-source projects
for Darwin.
